Let's Read! is a web-based read and discussion program that attempts to increase teen reading and crtical
thinking skills.  This program is facilitated through the Virtual University Initiative. Reading is a great way to
build vocabulary, gain diverse insights and perspectives, enhance writing skills, and simply enjoy learning
and being entertained.  By engaging teens in weekly group discussions of assigned readings, this program
emphasizes peer interaction.  Reading is essential to personal, professional, and educational development.  
It is especially vital that teens engage in extracurricular reading activities.
